Yes, with daily oral care, we can avoid problems. Brush twice with right technique. Flossing is an essential part of the basic oral care as it helps to remove plaque. This should be done every day, preferably two times.

Good post Dr. Steffany, lets hope we all abide by the following tips suggested by you to keep our oral health intact. But at the same time would request others to stay sober during this time, so that relapsing to bad old habits can be avoided.
