With all these diseases and side effects, why not try to use fluoride free toothpaste? It is made from natural ingredients and does not contain any chemicals that are harmful to children or adults. Why would you opt for toothpaste that would kill you, instead of protecting your health? The whole idea or essence of brushing is to maintain your oral health. If the toothpaste you are using could potentially harm your health, it is wastage of resources and is not worth using.
Most of the toothpaste on the market today is not recommended for children, because it contains fluoride. Fluoride free toothpaste can be used by the whole family without having to worry about the potential harm that it could cause. In case you are not able to find such toothpaste in your local supermarket, you should probably try a health store or pharmacy.
