Though the video contains a very simple and basic concept on brushing teeth, it is still a very important aspect for our health that we tend to ignore. Good oral hygiene is not just good for the teeth, but your digestive system, oral problems and heart too. So simple activity like this, should be performed well. It is the first thing you do in the morning, and your first step of the day towards good health.
